Late Arrival Policy Update

Effective immediately, we have updated our late arrival policy to ensure smooth and efficient operations while respecting all of our clients' time.

POLICE UPDATE

If a client arrives late for their scheduled appointment, the duration of the service will be adjusted accordingly to ensure that subsequent appointments are not disrupted. We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time to receive the full benefit of their scheduled service. Respecting appointment times not only allows us to provide exceptional service but also helps us accommodate all our clients efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellation Fee Reminder

We kindly request your understanding that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without a minimum of 24 hours' notice, it impacts Our ability to fill the appointment slot and deprives clients on our waiting list of the chance to receive services. Therefore, we respectfully ask that any changes or cancellations be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if appointments are not cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and your understanding of the impact of last-minute cancellations on our operations and clients.
